おくみどりはもともと苦味が少ない品種です。

Dried tea leaves of first gathering of first tea crop. (There is no finishing process) It tastes very clear and really easy to drink.
We can feel the good personality of the husband and wife. Tastes little bitter, but it is delicious to cold-brew tea.
There is a scent of clear air of tea garden among the beautiful mountains where like matsutake mushroom grows wildly.
First tea of the season has ingredient of linalool, geraniol cis-Jasmone and indole in fragrance of flowers, and leaf alcohol of green leaves incense and the aroma effect is also expectable.

一番茶初摘みの荒茶（仕上げ加工していません）。
作り手であるご夫婦の人柄の良さが伝わります。

おくみどり品種なので熱湯で淹れても苦くなく、水出しにしてガブガブ飲んでも美味しいです。
動物性の肥料も使われているので、こくがありますし、煎もききます。

松茸が自生する様な、きれいな山中に開かれた茶畑の、澄んだ空気の香りがします。
新茶には花香成分のリナロール、ゲラニオール、シスージャスモン、インドールや、青葉香の青葉アルコールが多く含まれていて、マロマ効果も期待できます。
